We hope you’re having a scary good October! The update we have for you today isn’t lengthy, but it’s got some news we’ve all been waiting for.
Rewards Progress
Cubeamajigs – On a boat and in transit to distribution warehouse!
Podamajigs, Tokens, Lifepads – ALSO on a boat and in transit to distribution warehouse!
Playmats – Now that the products from overseas are on their way to us, we’re arranging production of the playmats with the manufacturers. Mass production hasn’t begun on them yet, but the discussions with manufacturing partners are underway to move forwards with the last reward on our list!
Dragon Shield Sleeves, Pencils – In warehouse
We’ll continue to share the details we know in upcoming updates as we get closer to fulfillment!

September Update + Rewards Progress

This update is pretty short and some of the information is the same as last month–we’ve included it below as a reminder! The movement this month is with the Cubeamajigs themselves. Take a look!
Rewards Progress
Cubeamajigs – We’ve received the final review copies! The team is going over them with production. If everything looks good, we can move forwards with arranging transport!
Podamajigs, Tokens, Lifepads – Our shipping partners have picked up all the product (we filled 3 whole 40' HQ containers) and they are currently coordinating getting the containers on the freight ship to us. They’ve been unable to secure a spot just yet, but we’re hoping we’ll receive some good news on this front soon.
Playmats – As the playmats are being manufactured in the states, we're aligning mass production with the Podamajigs and Cubeamajigs shipments.

Hey backers!
Here’s your August update! As we move into the fall, our main milestones will be completing mass production of the remaining rewards and securing freight shipping.
This update isn’t too long as we’re waiting for Cubeamajigs mass production to wrap up and getting the other rewards from overseas on the first boat we’re able. We’re disappointed to say that there isn’t much to share with you this month, but you can review reward details below.
Rewards Progress
Podamajigs, Tokens, Lifepads (PICKED UP BY FREIGHT) –
All of these items have completed mass production as of last month’s update and the production samples have been approved! At this time, our shipping partners have picked up the all the product (we filled 3 whole 40' HQ containers!) and they are currently coordinating getting the containers on the freight ship to us. We hope to have some good news to share with you in the next update on this front!
Cubeamajigs – Cubeamajigs designs continue to move through mass production. Once they’re all completed we’ll coordinate their shipping as well.
Playmats – In the last update, we estimated we’d be able to initiate their mass production run this month. As the goal is to align their production with Cubeamajigs and Podamajigs freight shipping, the playmats have not begun mass production just yet as we'd hoped since their overseas counterparts are still awaiting shipment. Once we have boat news, it won't be long until playmat news follows!

We hope you're staying cool in the heat! Lots of items have finished mass production since the June update and we're arranging to get them in our hands! Check it out!
Rewards Progress
Podamajigs - Mass production is complete! The manufacturers are sending us a final sample to review and we’ve started to coordinate freight shipping.
Cubeamajigs - They are in mass production!
Tokens - Mass production is complete! The manufacturers are sending us a final sample to review and we’ve started to coordinate freight shipping.
Playmats - As we mentioned in past updates, the playmats are awaiting mass production as they will be manufactured in the states! We will be initiating mass production in August to align with Cubeamajigs and Podamajigs freight shipping.
Lifepads - Mass production is complete! The manufacturers are sending us a final sample to review and we’ve started to coordinate freight shipping.

June Update + A Message From the Team

Hey backers!
We’re putting out the update a bit early this month because we wanted to address some concerns regarding production, transparency and communication. Thank you all for leaving thoughtful feedback on your experience with the campaign–we are committed to continuing to provide and improve the content of our updates.
Production
There has been some confusion regarding the production phase of this project and we’ve determined the two main culprits. First, we didn’t break down what exactly the production process entails, including definitions and what you can expect as backers. We’ve decided to right that wrong by including the process below:
What happens during production?
- Once our team is ready to enter the production phase with our files, we connect with our manufacturers to prepare for proofing.
- The production company then takes all of the files and reviews them to make sure that all colours, resolution, and dimensions are correct. Sometimes this includes printing us a physical sample or providing us with a digital proof to review. We then confirm if we are happy with the files and approve them.
- After approval, the manufacturing of the products begins! Depending on what other runs are occurring, we get slotted into the production company’s queue. This is what would be considered “mass production”.
- From here, production samples are sent to us for final confirmation, and once approved, we book freight shipping to the warehouse.
In past updates when discussing production, we didn’t clarify where we were in the process and that when we used the term production it was an umbrella term for the project phase we’re in, rather than referring to the mass production. We apologize for the confusion on this front–we hope this helps give a more accurate picture for you!
Where are we experiencing delays in production?
- Proofing - this phase of the project has taken much longer than anticipated due to the number of designs and products we’re building
- Shanghai Lockdown - in conjunction with the more extensive proofing time above, delays in manufacturing because of COVID due to Shanghai getting locked down earlier this year halted progress
March’s Update
The second, egregious oversight we’ve determined is an error in the March Update. In the update, we shared that production was nearing completion—this was incorrect and an internal misunderstanding from a member of our team.
This was an incredibly misleading mistake and we apologize for this oversight. As the team member responsible for including the error, I would also like to personally apologize for adding to the confusion regarding production.
A comment has been added to the update with a correction.
Current Rewards Progress
I've confirmed with the Cubeamajigs team, and the most up-to-date information we have on rewards was shared in last month's update a few weeks ago save for a quick update we got from the manufacturers regarding Cubeamajigs. Take a look!
Cubeamajigs - Prototyping is finishing up this week and we anticipate having a sample in hand next week. After that, we'll be added to the company's queue to begin mass production!
Podamajigs - In mass production!
Tokens - In mass production!
Playmats - Awaiting mass production, which will begin when Cubeamajigs and Podamajigs are on their way to us via freight as the playmats are being manufactured in the states.
Lifepads - In mass production!

Pencils - Arrived at HPP warehouse
When mass production ends, we’ll arrange freight shipping to the USA where they’ll clear customs and then ship to the fulfillment warehouse. As we move through production and freight shipping, we’ll have a more accurate estimate to provide leading up to fulfillment.
